Architectural plans

These drawings typically include preliminary floor plans and basic layout concepts that give form to the client’s vision and can be presented to an architect as a starting point for the construction process. Detailed working drawings required for building approval and construction must be prepared and signed off by a professional registered with the South African Council for the Architectural Profession (SACAP).

Tracing drawings

Many companies still have valuable information stored in hard-copy drawings, old blueprints, marked-up prints, as-built drawings, or even hand sketches. I offer a tracing and digitising service where these documents are carefully converted into accurate 2D and/or 3D CAD drawings. Using your existing hard copies, archived plans, or conceptual sketches as reference, I recreate the drawings in a clean, precise digital format that is easy to store, edit, and share. This service helps clients preserve important technical information, modernise their drawing records, and create reliable CAD files that can be used for future design work, modifications, manufacturing, or documentation.
